Tuesday marked the beginning of Arena Season #5. You can now purchase Savage Gladiator and Hateful Gladiator gear from the Hall of Legends vendors in Orgrimmar. There are no Mark of Honor requirements, so cash in your marks for extra honor.

Sadly, Savage Gladiator weapons were pulled from PTR and will not be released to live servers. Because Deadly Gladiator weapons will have arena rating requirements and we're a long way from meeting those requirements, you're going to want to find substitutes by running instances or finding the appropriate crafter.

[item]Wintergrasp Mark of Honor[item] cannot yet be cashed in for gear, but you can find a list of items already available on PTR. Look for those to go live in the next patch.

We currently have three arena charters, one for each bracket, and could use a few more. The 2s charter is currently full, but we have room on the 3s charter (contact Qohelette) and the 5s charter (contact Coulashe). While we're getting the hang of things, the 5s charter will probably be for point grinding, leaving us doing most of the rating work in 2s and 3s.
